Production

     Each production line for GATA has a strong quality control process according to the hailand Industry Standard. The quality control process includes material inspection, standard testing, and quality control at packaging process. For material inspection, Teera-Mongkol Industry always choose only qualified vendors to ensure the premium quality of materials. Parts will randomly be inspected and tested with high precision measurement in our R&D laboratory. In each production line, the rigid testing process is included in the inner proceed of every production line to ensure the conformance with standards such as IEC, CE, TIS etc. Prior to packaging, the last


 

     Step of quality control will be made to ensure that only high quality products will be delivered to our custotomers. Regular quality control process at Teera-Mongkol Industry includes both standard tests and uncertain state tests such as short circuit testing and high voltage testing. Standard testing for electricity Products are regular voltage current and power loss measurement. Mostly, uncertain state testing will be performed randomly in Teera-Mongkol Industry R&D laboratory using high precision measurement Tools, which are regularly calibrated.

GATA Research and Development

     At Teera-Mongkol Industry Co.,Ltd., each product is researched and developed in our High technology research and development laboratory. This laboratory is equipped with a wide variety of test equipments i.e. digital high voltage meter, digital oscilloscope etc. to verify the technical operating conditions of all electrical products and electronic components under different type of environmental conditions. All the test equipments are a high precision instrument and regularly calibrated. GATA products was then researched and designed to match any specific requirement from customers.
